Every room has big panorama windows and beautiful views. All the windows have motorized roller shades that can be opened or closed with the touch of a button. Also the apartment is facing the south and the east providing warm sunlight from morning till afternoon. This is super nice for San Francisco winter times. All appliances are high-end Miele products that are still new. One block away from the bay. Walk to Starbucks, Philz coffee, and numerous Embarcadero restaurants. Water, hot water, garbage all covered by HOA which is paid by the owner. Garage valet parking for 1 car is also covered by HOA and paid by the owner. Walk to Giants stadium. Easy access to highway 280. Also the building has shared BBQ and party areas that are spacious, modern and comes with a beautiful city view. They are perfect for inviting friends over for a party. The building itself is called MIRA/SF and it well recognized as the new SF architecture landmark. We hope you love this place as much as we do. We live in South Bay and we want to retire in SF after our kids go to college. Right now we just don't have time to go to SF and enjoy this place.
