Tenant pays all utilities and one year lease is required. After a year we allow tenant to go month to month we just require a 30 day notice. We cut the grass at the property. Renters insurance is required. We do allow pets but we have restrictions. 2 pet max for small animals (under 25lbs) and 1 pet max for larger animal (over 25 lbs). We do also have breed restrictions for dogs and cats have to have paperwork showing they have been fixed. Tenant pays all utilities with Duke Energy and Town of Corydon.
