We are asking 1050.00 for rent and a 1 time required deposit of $800.00. There is an application fee of $35.00 for 1 adult and $50.00 for 2 adults - ONLY UPON APPROVAL - We do provide a stove. We do not provide the refrigerator. No pets allowed ( Our Apologies ) We do have a few small requirements: 1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate. 2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay ( If HUD we will need the piece of paper in your packet with the room count/unit size.
