This 3 bed, 3 bath log-sided cabin features WiFi, stone fireplace with wood stove, fully equipped kitchen, sunny loft, and washer/dryer. The open floor plan includes a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with full-sized bed and an over-sized bunk room with two bunk beds. In addition, the loft area includes 2 full-sized futon couch/beds and a foosball table. The cabin has a covered front deck and a rear deck with grill. Situated on 3 acres, this home offers 2600 sq. ft. of living space and sleeps up to 10. Just 6 miles to Sunday River access road and 20 minutes to Mt. Abram Ski Resort. Bear River Lodge is also just 15 minutes from Bethel village, which offers a variety of local restaurants and pubs. A short drive up Route 26 North is Grafton Notch State Park with the Appalachian Trail & Old Speck Mt, 4th highest Mt in Maine. Enjoy skiing/boarding, snowtubing, snowshoeing or even dog-sledding this winter! The rental opportunity is for February school vacation week (dates available are from Feb 17 through Feb 26th inclusive). Rental rate of $450/night or $3000/week. $1000 security deposit, $250 cleaning fee and 9% ME sales tax also required.
