From the main living room, which features a brick wall, there is a sliding glass door leading to a covered patio in the private and fenced back yard. Additionally, there is another living area on the other side of the entry way and coat closet. From there is a hallway that has two huge closets, and leads to three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a bigger closet and its own bathroom. The other bathroom on this side of the house is larger and has a tub/shower combo whereas the master ensuite has a tiled shower. Roof is in good shape and the house has been professionally tested for energy efficiency, which it passed. It's a great house, but just needs cleaning, floors, and a window repair. All appliances convey with a full price offer only. There is a home warranty on the house with about 9 months left. Depending on financing, the payment should be below $900/mo, which is cheaper than rent.
