Driveway & Property Use Tenant is not permitted to use the driveway for repairs to vehicles, appliances, fixtures, or any mechanical work. Tenant may not use the water supply to wash vehicles. No parking is allowed on the driveway without Landlord's permission unless the Tenant has rented the driveway as part of the agreement. 7.
