2019 2020 WINTER SEASON RENTAL, 11/1/19-05/05/2020. Great one bedroom unit in a sunny location. The Golden Eagle Lodge units are equipped with everything you need for a great seasonal rental. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a partially separated area with a trundle bed. Guests can sleep on the full size Murphy bed in the living room. Though a one bedroom, this unit can comfortably sleep 6. The lodge has a large indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms for apres-ski enjoyment. The ski area shuttle stops right outside the door - wait for it indoors, grab your skis from the ski room and hop on for a quick ride to the mountain. Or, you can just walk out the back door to the cross-country ski trails. Just imagine relaxing every weekend in Waterville Valley this coming winter! End of hall location which is very quiet. This condo has an athletic club membership so the tenant has access to the club for a fee. Sorry, pets are not allowed. If you have a pet allergy, a pet has never been inside this property. Cable and internet are included. Tenant sets up own electric account.
