This FUNky, artsy studio has a queen-size bed, open closet and shelving system I designed myself.11 The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking, and has a dual-bay sink, and new Whirlpool dishwasher. There's a countertop along the wall that can be used as a work station/home office. The measurements of the kitchen and the bedroom area are 311 square feet, not including the bathroom, which has a bathtub (not a shower stall). In the kitchen there's a backdoor that leads to a porch. This is a private porch for your use, and there's a large backyard you can spend time in. The backyard is technically common area, but the two permanent tenants won't be back there much, if at all. The barn in the backyard is off-limits, as is the front room in your studio. It will be locked with my non-valuable personal effects. There's also a front entrance you can and should use during the winter/inclement weather. Snow removal has been contracted for the front walkway, steps, and sidewalk but NOT for the driveway nor back porch, so guests must use the front entrance. Also, please note that the studio is in an old Victorian home, not a new apartment building or condo. All utilities (hot water, heat, plumbing wifi, etc) work well, and while the building has had some energy efficiency upgrades, it's still an old Victorian from 1900. The studio is a cozy, FUNky, private space for an affordable cost, centrally-located with great tenants in the building. However, for people with OCD regarding angles & the need for perfect visual lines, , I don't think the space would be the right fit. Perfect spot for laying low during Covid!
