Income & Asset Requirements Applicants must meet at least one of the following financial criteria: Credit score of 700+ (verified through TransUnion or another agency) Gross annual income of at least 3.5 times annual rent Liquid assets totaling at least 4.0 times annual rent Combination of income and assets equaling at least 4.5 times annual rent Co-signers are permitted and must meet the same qualifications. Credit & Background Checks A criminal background check will be conducted for all prospective residents.
