I have my stuff in one room and want to rent the master with PRIVATE BATHROOM & the other 2 rooms + bath either together to one or separately to two in which case they will share a double sink bathroom and shower. I have been living in Costa Mesa for the last 2 years, but will be there from time to time. Access to kitchen and other areas. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Available at the end of August. Call me for info as that is the quickest and best way. Please note, the rental of 1800 is for the master bedroom + PRIVATE BATHROOM. For the other 2 room+ batch if one person, then $1700. If two separate individuals then 900 each. The deposit maybe negotiated. Utilities will be divided and added to rent or you can choose to pay a flat charge. We can talk about what is easier. Lease term at least 6 months. Can be furnished or unfurnished.
