    What's special

    This apartment is amazing. It has very large bedrooms, unique split level floor plan, In-Unit laundry, vaulted ceiling, and a balcony. The complex it's a part of is Brook Hill Village. I have loved living here. There is a ton of parking. They are pet friendly. The maintenance crew is wonderful. On top of things. I've never had to wait for any service call. The grounds crew keep it looking very nice. There is an exercise room that is usually empty because the amount of apartments that share it is low compared to other complexes. There isn't a pool, but you are allowed to use one at their sister complex on East Ave. You get 1 parking space near apt, but there are tons of extra spaces nearby if you have more than 1 car. There are garages available. This particular apartment is an outer unit. I loved this because you really only share a wall in one room (the kitchen doesn't really count because the cabinets on both sides makes a great noise barrier). There is also a storage unit for your apartment. It's within walking distance from Tops and a short distance to walking trails and Wegmans (Penfield). Look for more info on brookhillvillageapts.com. Contact Main office for any updated specifics: 381-0860. But as of 10/15/17, tenants pay all utilities (heat/electricity/water). Also responsible for cable. Apt Insurance required
