The guest house tenants share the on-site laundry room downstairs, where their private bathroom is also located. Otherwise the main house is completely separate from the guest cottage. There is garage parking for the tenants of the main house. A small pet can be considered. Lease of one year is preferred. Utilites, electric, water and wifi are all included in rent.
