While we would like to find one tenant for all 4 months, we would consider a shorter term rental (min. 2 months). Sun-drenched house with cathedral ceilings is just 5 minutes from Broadway and 15 minutes to CU, and sits on relatively flat property surrounded by ponderosa forest. Open floor plan with hardwood floors includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with gas fireplace insert; loft upstairs overlooks it all. Open carpeted L-shaped room on lower level looks out over more trees and is perfect as a playroom or second office. Bathrooms equipped with new plush towels; new LG front-loading washer and dryer in basement utility room. Great hiking out your front door! Main road includes hills, so snow tires a must. House is available for 4 months, from January 2023 through the end of April 2023. Some utilities (cable, wifi, land-line, and trash) are included in the rent; for gas, electricity, and water, tenants would reimburse us for usage. Tenants are responsible for watering 5-6 plants every week; tenants are also responsible for clearing walkway and driveway of snow (2 tire tracks down the driveway minimum to avoid ice build-up). Absolutely no smoking.
