For rent our 3bd/2bth semi-furnished home in Fraser during the winter months. Zillow for some reason lists it as being Granby, but it is in FRASER! It is on County Rd 5, about 5 min from Safeway and 13 min from the Winter Park base area. We are flexible with the lease dates but typically run end of Oct/begin of Nov and run end of April or May for late spring skiing (6 month lease). Rent is $3450 a month and includes snow plowing and internet. Your only utility would be electric. It has a great heated entry room with laundry and plenty of storage and space for your snow gear! Owner provides for snow removal and internet. Renters are responsible for electricity and trash removal if wanted.
