    Door locks have been replaced with modernized key and key-less entry locks. Kitchen has been remodeled. The pine cabinets and peninsula have been removed. A modern upgrade including smart appliances was completed February 2020. Linoleum floor has been replaced with a modern synthetic floor that has a beach house wooden plank appearance. 1970's wallpaper and shag carpeting has been removed from all living areas, exposing wood floors, and good condition sheet rock walls. Painting has been completed in 25% of the living area, although the walls underneath the wallpaper were off-white and in exceptionally good condition. Fireplaces have been inspected and are in proper working order. Septic has been replaced by access to public sewer/wastewater, and the gray water system has been disconnected and kitchen/laundry wastewater is now routed to public sewer. Electrical modernization has been completed in approximately 50% of the house, including multiple outlet upgrades, lighting fixtures, and exterior motion sensitive lights in the driveway and back yard. Bathroom toilet, vanity, and floor have been modernized. (Floor has been changed to synthetic wood-plank style replacing old and outdated faux marble.) The brown swirl marble look in the bathroom shower walls has been upgraded to off white and the 1970's slider shower door has been removed allowing for a more modernized changeable shower curtain option. Exterior - outdated and poorly maintained hedges have been removed or groomed where needed. Raised flower beds and several miniature raised gardens have been installed in the back yard. Disconnected water taps have been routed to the city water source and are now functioning, offering three sources of water for the front, side, and back yard.
