We have two rooms available for rent. One room is in the basement of our house and the other is on the top floor of our house. Each room is a separate Security Deposit and separate rent. You will need to provide a Security Deposit of $850.00 plus first month rent of $850.00 for each room plus lights and gas. We ask that there are no dogs or cats. We ask NO DRUGS on property or in house. If you smoke outside in the smoking area that is provide and if you drink only in your area and no drinking or smoking around the children that are around. You will have access to the in ground heated pool when it is open for the season it will be closed from mid-October till mid-April. You will have access to the washer and dryer but on certain days unless you talk to someone that has the day you may need. the rooms is in the basement at the bottom of the stairs you will have a room that have two areas one for your bed and the other you can use for a living room/dining room, you will have your own private bathroom and a kitchenet plus a storage room that has a full-size fridge in it with shelves to use. The other room is on the top floor it has two rooms in one as well. You will have to shared bathroom and you will have access to the kitchen on the main floor, plus access to the living room as well as the yard it is a shared area and some cupboards for food and pots and pans and dishes. so to keep the house looking nice from the inside to the outside we will be needing help with yard work like mowing and pulling weeds in the spring, summer and full and in the winter helping with snow shoveling or snow blowing. the only other thing we ask is that you clean up after yourself.
