Upon entering the front door & up the stairway, you will be drawn in by the open-concept living space that is flooded with natural light and features comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together. Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware and a large island with seating. Sliding glass doors on the main level allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The massive outdoor screened balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying the immaculate bay views while enjoying a glass of wine or gorgeous sunrises during your morning breakfast. Our home is within walking distance to some of Bonita Beach's great dining options including Doc's Beach House & Coconut Jack's Waterfront Grille. Main floor features the primary bedroom suite with king bed with bay view and door to outside balcony. Ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and large walk-in glass shower. First guest bedroom has two bunk beds each with a single and twin beds, sleeping four total. In the lower level, the second guest room has a queen bed & ensuite bathroom with vanity & walk-in shower. The laundry is located on ground floor. After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), kick back and relax in the heated backyard pool and spa. For your convenience there is a pool bathroom with walk-in shower & heated outdoor shower. Need a break from the pool atmosphere, just step into the lower second living room level with plenty of seating and kitchenette with small fridge to keep your favorite drinks cold.
