The flat monthly fee includes wifi internet (powered by GCET), electricity, heat, air conditioning, and use of a shared kitchenette and two shared restrooms. The open studio comes partially furnished. Additionally, all members enjoy access to numerous common spaces, bookable conference rooms, and private phone booths across both our spaces in downtown Greenfield. We offer 6- and 12-month terms and we are open to negotiation if you or your company have unique needs or special requirements.
