The written and/or verbal rental agreement consist of promises & understandings made by the tenant : 1). To use the notification system as explained in The New York State Tenants Rights Guide. To reimburse the landlord for materials & labor and/or outside contractors fees for any damages beyond normal everyday ware made to the rental unit. 7). To not abuse the use of the included water and understands that they are to reimburse the landlord for any usages that unreasonably exceeds the historical avg. (not including any quarters with known problems), 8). Understands that requested upgrades may have out of pocket costs in both parts and labor. 10). To conduct overall good business & understands that nonpayment of rent terminates the landlord tenant relationship.
