Hello, I'm looking for a roommate, but I don't know how to post it as such. The house is located about a mile from Platt River, which is perfect for running or cycling. There's a climbing gym down the street, and plenty of restaurants as well. The light rail is fairly close and so is downtown. About the house: You will have the front door entrance and I will have the back door, so we don't really have much contact with each other. We'll share the restroom and kitchen, however, I'm in the process of building my own kitchen in the back of the house (by my bedroom) so you can have your own kitchen eventually. After the front door, there is an entrance/room (6'x7') and a walk-in closet next to it (6'x6'). Then the next room would be your bedroom (12'x13'), which is large enough for a bed and possibly a couch. About me: I'm currently studying pre-medicine and taking the MCAT this fall, so I spend most of my time studying and working late. I'm usually at home just to sleep, eat breakfast, and fix the house during the day. Ideally, I'd like a roommate that is not a party animal, and that is mature and respectful. I don't smoke, but I'm ok if you do as long as it is not inside the house (including 420). I have two dogs, but they are in the backyard with a doggy door to the basement, so they won't bother you whatsoever (except they bark at the mailman everytime). They're super sweet though. Again, they're usually playing outside and sleep indoors in their own room in the back of the house. All bills are included in the $750, including wi-fi.
