    Currently for rent Apirl 5 , 2023 but no body home at zillow and the machines wont let me Verify I'm the owner. ,two bedroom 1 bath apartment with garage in 4 plex . Its a downstairs unit. It has a good size backyard with a Creek in the center of it and a walk bridge across that Creek. 3rd of a block off of 12th street which has about every type of business you want on it and this apartment is across the street from a coffee shop called java crew. Features 1.Single car garage with electric car door opener 2. Digital hot water heater with push button control you can set the temperature or put it in vacation mode for when you leave. 2. There are some fancy lights in the bathroom along with the standard lights like a laser type light on the faucet that lights up the water. 3. Both closet doors are mirrored fully 4. Patio 5. Laundry mat on site 6. You can park 2 cars on the lot one in your garage And one in the parking lot . 7. The 4 plex Building is on it's on large lot almost 3/4 of an acre. 30, 000 feet 8. Located on off street from busy street about a 3rd of a block from 12 street on 12 th place which has little traffic. In salem. Fees Rent $1215/mo Deposit $950 Pet deposit $250. ( dog ok 25 lbs max , cat ok ) The patio outback Has a balcony over it which kind serves as a roof . The balcony was rebuilt this summer. The backyard is good choice and it is for everyone to use we don't divide it up. The dog can run loose in backyard (fenced and gated) if you pick up after it and it doesn't bite or threaten other people in the building. Owner pays for water/sewer and trash. Tenant pays for electricity. There is no smoking in the unit or hallways sidewalks and Laundry room. We are going to head towards a no smoking policy on the premises in midsummer so we're starting the process. Current tenants are under these rules now.. You cannot pile stuff outside outside the unit or on grounds Or outside your garage. A few things on the patio are OK like one woman had an exercise machine in the mornings ,a bicycle type that's fine we just don't want junk piled up all over. We're also doing away with barbecues outside because there are fire code violation they've had some problems with them starting fires I have read about. There are no car repairs on site we don't want broken down cars in the parking lot. You're required to pick up after your dog because other people used the backyard too. . It has a pretty quick in the backyard and a lot of people like to go out and watch it or look at it and sometimes you get fish in it . I think it was a spawning place last summer there was a big fish there in a bunch of little tiny ones People were watching it that are living in the building.. The umit deposit is $950 the pet deposit is $250. Everyone has their own garage and has one parking place on the lot which is desonated For a total of 2 cars. You can use your garage for storage and some do that If you just have one car. We do not allow Is any type of business in your garage that brings in traffic to our lot. We also do not allow a workshop in there that makes a lot of noise that disturbs the other tenants. One tenants sleep during the day and works at night so you can't be make a noise and there running machines and stuff. The grotches are for extra storage or parking your car in.
