June 30,2015 had gas line and meter installed with gas stove. I'm in the process of installing a gas furnace w/ new Air conditioner, Gas power vented hot water heater, and putting gas insert into the fireplace. New carpet in the living room up the steps, hall up stairs, and one bedroom upstairs. Carpet was installed 5 years ago back bedroom and family down stairs. Bathroom upstairs has new tub, toilet,sink, Medicine cabinet, and tile around tub and new floor.
