The downstairs has an additional 1370 sq. ft., making the total 3665 sq. ft. There is a large attached garage of 572 sq. ft. The original owners custom built this house and still live in it. It has an incredible view of a large spring fed lake and wooded lot behind it. Since it is built into a hill, the upper floor is the main living area. The bottom floor has an extensive brick patio with wrought iron railings. The upper deck is wood. The bottom floor could easily be made into a totally separate living area, such as a mother-in-law apartment. Neighborhood Description This is the best neighborhood in town! However, it is a mixture of million dollar homes and homes ranging in the $200's. There is no homeowner association, but some building restrictions.
