The one in the basement, one in the foyer to the garage and another in the foyer which leads directly outside. The yard is private and well kept . We have rural water and our own well. We have central air, dual heat with electricity and propane furnace. Our property tax is less than $2000 a year, rural water $45/ month, electricity $175 to $225 a month. Propane costs about $800/year. Land phone plus internet is $84/month.
