Open kitchen and dining room with new laminate flooring,washer/dryer in dining area,new dual flush toilets in both bathrooms,half bath recently added on first floor off of kitchen. Laundry was in basement but moved upstairs for convenience. Washer,dryer and stove are 1 yr old plus all have warranties. Front bedroom was painted and carpeted,second bedroom was painted and the rest of the house is in the painting process,some work needed in electrical and plumbing,could use new windows and doors.main roof was done about five years ago,front side and garage roofs could could use new shingles.house has beautiful woodwork all in chestnut. Now the outside is great for family functions with two halves of the yard being split by a creek,in the process of adding parking on the ally side of the yard for maybe up to 8 cars being able to be parked,there are so many wonderful things that can be done to this house with the time and money. Oil heat but electric heaters saved around 300 over oil at 600 something a month
