The Windham Hill Community is a vibrant and engaged one, with weekly on-going gatherings at the Country Store and summer farmers market. Home is central to the wonderful outdoor activities that Vermont has to offer: skiing, hiking, swimming, or just relaxing by the fire pit. In addition to the three zone heating system, the home has two wood burning stoves, and the rental/in-law suite has a propane stove to insure heat and ambiance. There is also an artesian well in addition to the drilled well that supplies water to the home, so during a power outage heat and water are available.
