Cozy, quaint country home in a fantastic location. Great Ann Arbor schools. It is one of the few places in Ann Arbor that feels like the country, yet is walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the library, as well as a short drive to a major highway. The house sits on just over a half acre of land but our neighbor's 52 acres surround the property, which give it a lot of privacy and the feel of being in the country. The home itself has three bedrooms - one of which has a loft - and one bathroom. Most rooms are newly painted. In the back there's a children's play structure, fire pit, apple tree, fenced in garden, and chicken coop. There is also a spacious two-car garage with workbench, plenty of tools, and room for bikes and toys. We love this house and really want to rent it to people who know how to care for a home and are willing to keep up the yard and are possibly interested in maintaining the garden or even raising chickens. Please let us know if you're interested. It's an old home (1945) and sometimes needs some love. Water pressure was and still may be somewhat of an issue. We recently dug a new well and installed two massive pressure tanks in the laundry room.
