Residential Lease Terms This property is for rent by owner and not associated with any Broker or Agent. All tenants are screened by application and credit check $20/person. Proof of income must be provided. Examples: recent pay stub, tax documents, financial statements. Lease term is 1 year minimum with month-to-month option following. Rent escalation 3% each anniversary. Shorter term can be negotiated. Early termination fee is equal to the security deposit. 30 day written notice is required. No Pets preferred.
