Built in 1926. We are the fifth owner. Third & fourth owners had much delayed maintenance and the house was in rough shape. We saw the gem. 2004 tore existing garage and rebuilt a 24x26 garage with a wood working shop above. Garage is attached to the basement via an existing tunnel. Hired landscape designer to plan new yard and wall system. 2006 gutted the basement and put in all new infrastructure to the house...sewer, water, gas, electrical, laundry, office, 3/4 bath. 2008 tore off the upstairs dormer and rebuilt it with new jeld wen windows along with gutting and redoing both upstairs bedrooms. 2010 tore off the porch and completely rebuilt and enlarged the footprint with new jeld wen windows to match. 2012 torn off the front entry way and put in a foundation, remodeled the gutter system added new living room jeld wen windows along with insulation and new stucco. 2014 made new woodwork for living room, dining room & master bedroom to match the period of the house. All doors and woodwork have been striped and refinished. We bought it from them in 2020, they did amazing work and the quality of work done on everything was amazing.
