Similar homes on this street typically airbnb for around $800/night in the summer, and they stay full. This was supposed to be our dream home and had no intention of selling, but plans change. We listed this home with a flat fee brokerage and a low but negotiable commission for buyer agents. Because of the low commission, we have found out that A LOT of realtors have been stearing their clients away from this home. Sad as it is, that is the reality, realtors are in this for the money, and that is more important than their clients (for a lot of realtors anyhow).
