Nestled on 4 acres of private land, this 2-story cabin retreat boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, forest views, a well-stocked kitchen, a sun-lit great room, a cozy living room, and all four bedrooms have king-sized beds. Enjoy dinner al fresco then gather around the fire pit for storytelling and stargazing. This fully furnished rental offers the peace and quiet of life in the pines and is a quick, beautiful seven mile drive to the amenities of downtown Prescott. Pets will be considered for an extra fee. Four wheel drive is needed for snowy days. There's a small garage and a large circular gravel drive. Mail would need to come to a post office box and the trash is self service. If life in the woods with stunning mountain views, excellent Starlink internet, and a "life on vacation" is the vibe for you, this is the one! Water is on a well. Home is on septic system so care is needed to only flush safe toilet paper. Renter will arrange own trash service and mail pick up at post office. There is a per load fee at the local dump. Heat is a wood stove (which saves $ and warms wonderfully) and baseboard heaters controllable room by room. Renter will pay for heat and the two AC units if used via the electric bill monthly. Starlink is included in rent. We will also provide pest control twice a year. Bi-monthly cabin cleaning by our professional service is required. This is an additional fee of $200 per clean.
