To reserve an apartment, we require a $1,000.00 deposit which will be applied towards your move-in costs of first month's rent and security deposit. The security deposit is $1,000 for well-qualified applicants or a full month's rent for applicants approved with conditions. We require a credit, criminal & background check for all applicants.
