Looking for a female tenet. Large room with big closet. The apartment as 3 bedrooms. The smallest is already being rented out by a person that isn't here except for a few months out of the year. Just a few blocks from Stirling train station. It is a 3 story house, with 2 other apartments in the building. Large yard with a patio, BBQ, and a nice garden. It's a very quiet neighborhood, a few good restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. I am a single female 31 years old. Email is the best way to get a hold of me. I work awkward hours sometimes. Credit and background checks must pass. Utilities and internet will be split, if you want to get cable, which I currently don't have, we can split that too. The lease will go month to month.
