It's an upstairs end unit with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. We're in a great neighborhood that's quiet, safe and very walkable. We're also walking distance to Grandview beach. If you aren't familiar with Leucadia, it's one of San Diego County's best beach communities. All our apartments come with a single-car garage, plus one assigned space (off-street in our lot). No laundry in the unit, but the laundry room is only a few steps away so it's quite convenient. One small dog allowed. Cats, too One-year lease, switching to month-to-month thereafter. As for utilities, tenant pays SDG&E and Internet - everything else is included. We have our own application process, fyi.
