This home was being remodeled just prior being put on the market. It has a new metal roof, three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room that have have had some work done on them. There is a 10x20 addition that has not been refreshed yet. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator and an electric stove left with the house. There is a central air unit-don't know if it works.
