Our Campus Walk community is in a great location: we are just a short walk to Duke's West Campus and are on the Duke bus and the City's Bus routes. Grocery stores, dining and shopping are nearby. Each apartment includes Central AC/Heat, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. It also has a great personal balcony space. Rent includes trash pick-up and parking, with a large parking lot attached to the complex. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and the application fee is $50 per adult. Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable one time fee of $150 per pet and an additional monthly fee of $10 per pet, maximum 2 pets. We look forward to working with you! Utilities are not included in the rent. Parking and trash are both included in monthly rent! We are very pet friendly! There is a $150 initial pet fee (per pet), and a $10/month increase on your rent price (per pet), with a two pet maximum.
