Full bath upstairs with a stand-up shower. Stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The cottage is walkable to several restaurants, breweries, a drug store, a bank, & grocery. The neighborhood is known for its festivals, weekly art mart, large parks with some being waterfront, a great variety of individually owned restaurants, and breweries.
