We also have Monticello community center that is very affordable to community residents and includes a pool with a waterslide, climbing wall, amazing concession stand, gym and workout classes. They also offer pickleball tournaments. If you like volleyball, Hawks is a nice town bar that offers good food and volleyball throughout the summer. Monticello is an amazing place to raise kids. The YMCA has a camp near Bertram beach which if you belong to the community center you may have access to for outdoor swimming and waterslides on the weekends. If you are looking for good places to eat, the Asian Cafe has food similar to benihanas. We have a Mexican market, plenty of places to buy groceries including a meat market less than a mile from home. If you like to sit on the water and eat on a patio Big Lake is not far and offers Willy's on the Water. Monticello also has a fun nightlife including Nordic Brewpub that offers comedy and music on Saturdays. This home is right off highway 94, both the Twin Cities and St. Cloud are easy to get too. If you're looking for a nice quaint/pleasantville type neighborhood this is your home. Utilities not included in rent. Renters are responsible for electric (heat, air) with Xcel energy, gas with Centerpoint, and internet. Landlord pays water and garbage. Landlord pays for plowing in the winter. Landlord will pay to have the lawn mowed every two weeks. The home is covered by home service plus for appliances which is also paid for by the landlord.
