Our community offers secured entry and security cameras on all buildings and at all entrances, has plenty of parking available for all residents and guests as well as garages on site that are $60 a month. We even have a newly installed playground and social area on the grounds for kids and families. Requirements: Complete Application one application for each adult person is required. Criminal record NO SEX CRIMES or Crimes Involving MethamphetamineNo matter the level or age of conviction. Drug related and/or Violent criminal history--Felonies must be more than 2 years old and without any reoccurring same or like charges. ALL Gross Misdemeanor's or Felony charges must be explained in writing. Sufficient income/resources Your monthly income must be at least two and a half times (2.5X) your monthly rent. Income must be verifiable through paystubs, employer contact, or tax returns. One (1) months proof of income required. **Temp agency work and Child Support will not be considered as a main source of income** Minimum of 6 months at your current job. Rental History You must have good previous rental history. IF YOU OWE ANY PROPERTY MONEY, YOU MUST SHOW AN ACTIVE, CONSISTENT PAYMENT PLAN FOR 6 MONTHS OR THE PROPERTY MUST BE PAID OFF. All Evictions must be more than 2 years old and must be completely paid off. Two (2) forms of state or government issued identification. If you intend to fill out an application, please bring with you 1 month worth of pay stubs as we do require that all tenants make 2.5x the monthly rent ($2,223) and 2 forms of state or government issued I.D. (birth certificate, social security card, driver's license, etc.). We will not accept temp agency work and child support as a main source of income. We are voucher friendly as well.
