We are looking for a live in caretaker. Someone or a couple that has experience in managing cabin rentals. Must have a customer service experience and be able to be on call if needed, be responsible and be able to communicate. Experience in cleaning and or maintenance on cabin rentals would be a plus. Having your own tools would be even better. You will get rent reimbursement for the work you do. The scope of the work would be. Basic upkeep of the house maintenance interior Painting/staining interior exterior Light electrical Exterior/light Plumbing Deck repair Foundation and siding repair Gutters Lawn Service plowing service Tile and carpet Resources for supplies and materials would be a plus. The rent is 1400.00 a month 1400 dep we will pay 100 towards each of the utilities for the winter months of winter months Jan -feb Propane ave. $300 a month Electric average $200 within them months. March n later utilities go down from there. We have wifi if you want to use, you pay 35.00 a month Long term short term or just a property manager/caretaker. This is a cabin like setting. 3 bedroom full bath off main level bedroom/dining room off from the full kitchen. Full sized living room with wood burning fireplace. All season porch. 2 bedrooms on each side up stairs in the loft, with a half bathroom in the middle of the rooms. Unfinished basement with laundry hookups. Plenty of yard space cabin sits in the front facing east looking at bass lake. Perfect area for ATVs, hunting or a person that likes privacy.
