3 bedroom should be 2 full bathrooms but the tub/shower in the second bathroom is cracked leaving it unusable until the surround is replaced. There are a few spots in the floor that need replaced. 10 windows need replaced with vinyl ones. Both doorways need new door frames and doors installed. The insulation underneath needs replaced and secured with belly wrap. There is a visible crack that spans the entire width of the trailer although it does not leak anywhere due to having a metal roof installed a few years back. When the trailer was brought to this location the moving company told the owner that the trailer will never be able to be moved again due to the structural damage. The skirting needs replaced with something that's going to withstand the elements unlike the osb that's currently on it, which is rotted out.
