The Roaches are our favorite. The fact that Mr.George never fixes CRAP is amazing. If you want anything fixed in or for the home, be prepared to fix it yourself, wait a month to get it fixed and maybe get reimbursed only half of the cost of the repair. He sucks as a heartless, sorry, no good SLUMLORD. Roof leaks are a bonus that add to the roach population. The smoke filling the house in the winter from the fireplace is to die for. Oh the chimney is way past due to be cleaned is the cause. It's a MAJOR fire and safety violation. I'm sure all of his 70+ rentals properties are suspect. The fireworks almost every night are breath taking. It's the 4th hear every night around 1am. Oh my bad that's gunfire. The bodies of murder victims shot to death in his rentals are cool science projects. No need to worry about personal belongings they will be taking vandalism is key here at UnPleasant Ridge.
