Your vacation home has been decorated with all new high-quality furnishings in a light, relaxed style. Including a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom. All the beds feature 100% cotton linens. For your added comfort you will find a brand new ceiling fan (with light) in each bedroom as well as an alarm clock with mp3/iPod connection. You will find soft fluffy 100% cotton towels in each bathroom as well as an assortment of toiletries. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your added convenience. The living area features inviting furniture to relax on after a day of golfing, fishing, laying on the beach or exploring the Mangroves. For your entertainment pleasure you will find flat screen TVas, high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), Blu-ray DVD players and a stereo with mp3/iPod connection. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything to insure your epicurean delight. Enjoy meals at the comfortable bistro set in the eat-in kitchen, at the dining room table or on the screened lanai. You will find freshly painted walls throughout the unit as well as new Berber carpet in the bedrooms, cherry-wood flooring in the family room and a tiled entry and kitchen. Of course, the unit has central air conditioning and heating as well as one assigned covered parking spot (with storage above) just steps to the front door. We are conveniently located 25 minutes away from the Sarasota airport (45 mins to Tampa). If the warm waters of Gulf of Mexico are calling you, then you will find beautiful white sand beaches a short 20-minute drive away. The interstate (I-75) is close by and allows for quick access to Ft. Myers, Disney World and all that southern Florida has to offer. If shopping is your thing, be sure to head over to St. Armandas Circle and do not miss lunch or dinner at The Columbia (seriouslyado NOT miss out eating here). However, come early, get your name in and then walk around the shops. They will page and/or call you when your table is ready. Sarasota and Tampa offer a variety of dining options, museums, live theaters, concerts, a casino and more.
