This house has everything you need, all dishes, washer/dryer, deck with grill, and a backyard firepit...just bring your clothes. Utilities and high speed internet are included in the monthly rate. A cleaning lady can be arranged at guests request. Owner pays for all utilities to include water, sewer, gas, electric, cable and internet. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the premises. Mature crate trained/potty trained dogs are allowed at an additional fee. We have a $125 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. For extended leases we do have a cleaning lady that can be arranged at the renter's expense.
