It is a 1000 square feet, 2 bed 1.5 bath 2 story townhouse! Washer dryer hook ups. Lots of storage and convenient to downtown and west Knoxville. Located in the Powell/Karns area off Western Ave! I would love to find someone ASAP There is a 50$ application fee and $150 refundable deposit! I am willing to work with someone if they are really interested! There is the option of extending the lease! Small pets are allowed for additional $10 a month :) Utilities not included
