Glenmont metro is about 5 to 10 mins walk. The room is for only single occupancy for a working professional. Single occupancy only. All utilities ( electric, gas, and water) are included except cable. No smoking, street parking, and a minimum of 6 month lease. Security deposit is a month and half equivalent of the rent. There is a background check (includes criminal, credit, and eviction history) done on transunion and applicant pay the fee of $42. A previous background check with a reputable company within one month will be accepted
