Lower level includes bonus room, bathroom and spacious coat closet. Private washer and dryer in unit. Attached 1-car garage and fenced-in yard. Townhome is in ideal location - walking distance to light rail and bus, grocery store (Red Apple) and plenty of cafes (Fresh Flour, Victrola) and restaurants (Homer, Bar del Corso, Perihellion, and more!). Short walk to Jefferson Park and the library. Pets (small dogs accepted with approval) upon arrival with additional $50 per month. No smoking or vaping.
