It is 2 story; bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The half bath and laundry room are located downstairs. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is small and could be a nursery/toddler room, hobby room, or an office. There are 2 parking spots and a really small fenced back yard. The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. I check for criminal activity, any type of court ordered debt collections, and prior evictions. Credit is not checked, but you do need to prove that you afford the rent. I don't have to see your credit to know if you are not responsible on paying your bills. Only small pets are allowed on a case per case basis and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will be charged. I will not cram a bunch of people in the house, its only 800 sq feet.
