The 2nd bedroom is small and could be a nursery/toddler room or an office. There are 2 parking spots and a really small fenced back yard. The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked, but you do need to prove that you afford the rent and have good job history. Only small pets are allowed on a case per case basis and a monthly pet rent of $25-75 per pet will be charged. Please keep in mind that this house is only 800 sq feet. Please text, or email.
