Required: 1. lease agreement sign; 2. first month payment + deposit payment (the same amount as first month payment) are due when sighing lease agreement. No exceptions. 1) As a tenant, you agree not to make any significant alterations to the walls of the leased property without prior written consent from the landlord. This includes, but is not limited to, drilling large holes, installing heavy fixtures, or making structural modifications. Any alterations made without authorization may result in charges for restoration or repairs deducted from the security deposit or may lead to legal action.
